Sea Spotter is now on the App Store
Out of beta
Sea Spotter has been through a TestFlight beta for the past couple of months, and today it graduates: the app is now officially available to everyone on the App Store, alongside Google Play.
Thank you to everyone who joined the beta, reported sightings, and sent feedback along the way — a lot of what shipped in the last few updates came directly from that.
What you get
The same Sea Spotter you have been using: report dolphin, orca, and whale sightings in seconds, watch the probability map show where wildlife is likely to still be nearby, and get notified when something is spotted in the waters you care about.
Tell a fellow sailor
If Sea Spotter has been useful out on the water, the best thing you can do now is pass it on. Anyone can download it directly — no more invite links needed.
Fair winds, and keep reporting what you see out there.
